02 / APPROVE THE SAMPLE

Confirm before production.

Custom samples are charged. Confirm sample cost, preparation time, revision scope and approval criteria. A sample fee may be credited toward a subsequent bulk order by agreement.

Mixed sizes available. Develop your fit, fabric, print, embroidery, labels and packaging. Paid samples; a fee credit toward a bulk order may be agreed.

Discuss a custom order

Typical standard-order lead time: within 15 days, subject to order confirmation. Larger-volume orders and international shipping transit are quoted separately.

03 / PRODUCTION & CHECKS

Keep the order clear.

Custom orders start at 100 pieces or sets per style and color, with mixed sizes available. Record the approved specifications, size breakdown, labels and packaging before production.

Agree measurement tolerances, inspection needs and any destination-specific requirements for the exact product.

04 / HANDOVER

Plan the next step.

Standard orders are generally ready for handover within 15 days. Confirm the schedule and shipment arrangements with the quotation. Larger-volume orders require a separate schedule discussion.

International transit, freight terms and documents are confirmed separately. Replenishment quantities and timing are reviewed against the next order.
