Business use
This website presents children’s clothing for wholesale supply and custom production discussions. It does not offer retail checkout or direct online payment. Sending a form or message does not create an accepted purchase order or supply contract.
Products and availability
Displayed colors can vary with screens and lighting. A style listing does not reserve stock. Photographs, specifications, sizes, colors and availability are confirmed for your selected styles before ordering.
Prices and quotations
Displayed prices are reference prices in USD per piece or set as stated. International freight, duties and taxes are separate unless a written quotation says otherwise. Prices can vary with size, quantity and requirements. Final pricing and payment terms are confirmed in the quotation or order agreement.
Minimum quantities and samples
Mixed wholesale orders start at 100 pieces or sets, with at least 5 per style and color, subject to confirmed availability and size assortment. Custom production starts at 100 per style and color. Custom samples are charged; a credit toward a later order may be agreed and is not automatic.
Timing and shipping
The usual handover timing of within 15 days for standard orders is indicative and subject to order confirmation. It excludes international transit. Larger orders and sample preparation are discussed separately. Transport, customs, duties, taxes and each party’s responsibilities must be agreed in writing for the destination.
Designs and destination requirements
You must have permission to share references, artwork and trademarks you ask us to use. Design, labeling, packaging and documentation requirements need confirmation before production. A website listing is not a certificate of conformity or a guarantee of destination customs clearance.
Order concerns
For a concern about a confirmed order, contact us with the order reference, a description and relevant photographs. Inspection, replacement or other resolution arrangements follow the order agreement. This website does not promise automatic returns or refunds for wholesale or custom orders.
Website content and external services
Website content must not be reused in a way that infringes applicable rights. External services such as WhatsApp have their own policies. Our privacy notice explains how this website handles inquiry information.
Specific agreements
A written quotation or order agreement governs its specific transaction. This page does not set final court jurisdiction or dispute-resolution terms; those details can be addressed in the commercial agreement where needed.
