Identify the product and buying route
For stock wholesale, include the product link or style code and preferred colors or prints. For custom production, send your design brief, technical pack or authorized reference images, with notes on the changes you want. If you are comparing both options, say so.
Our main focus is sleepwear and loungewear. You can also discuss infant rompers, baby sets, sweatshirts, T-shirts and trousers. Specify the age or height range you intend to serve, then confirm the measurements for the selected style.
Make the quantity breakdown readable
Use a separate line for each style and color, and identify pieces or sets. Stock wholesale starts at 100 pieces / sets per order and at least 5 per style and color, subject to available size assortments. Custom production starts at 100 pieces / sets per style and color, with mixed sizes available.

Distinguish dispatch from arrival
Tell us whether your date means goods ready for dispatch or goods received at your destination. Standard-order lead time is generally within 15 days, subject to order confirmation; sample preparation, larger-volume orders and international transit are discussed separately. Ask the quotation to identify the schedule and shipping scope that apply.
Confirm the basis of the quotation
Before approving an order, review the exact product specification, available stock or custom scope, quantity breakdown, sample terms, packaging, delivery arrangements and any required documentation. Ask what is included and what still needs a separate decision. Paid sample charges and any later credit toward a bulk order should be agreed explicitly.
